Allison Kalhammer

A keen observer with a talent for seeing the real estate process through the eyes of buyers and sellers, Allison Kalhammer will home in on your objectives and work with you to achieve all of your real estate goals. Listening to her clients, negotiating the best deal, and expertly managing the entire home selling process, are key elements of Allison's delivery of excellent service. Her strategy involves not only thinking of her client's current needs, but also factors in what will make the best investment sense in the long term.

Allison has always enjoyed putting together the ingredients of a winning transaction. In her former career in media sales, she put together customers with commercial television airtime, and attorneys with media courtroom presentations. Today Allison puts together buyers and sellers of homes in San Francisco. Whether listing and preparing a property for sale, or relentlessly hunting for a buyer's dream home, the challenge to exceed each and every clients expectation is her number-one priority. Her marketing savvy, well- conceived planning and flawless follow-through ensure that each transaction is a success.

Allison is a Bay Area native and has lived in San Francisco for twelve years. She makes Pacific Heights her home, but works with both buyers and sellers across the City. Her passion for living in San Francisco is not diminished by the City's fog, steep hills or the challenge of find a parking place. Foghorns and mist are, in fact, two of her favorite San Francisco features. When Allison returns to San Francisco from traveling, she still feels a rush of excitement to be back in a city so rich with history, architecture and truly unique neighborhood charm.

After hours, Allison can be found pursuing her passion for sports.  She is a member of the South End Rowing Club and loves to challenge herself with open water swimming and rowing in the San Francisco bay.  Allison's volunteer activities and associations include the San Francisco Historical Society, Project Open Hand, the Special Olympics and being a foster mom for homeless kittens. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in Political Science and German.
